These terms govern your use of CHRONOS (available at chronos8bit.online) and the purchase of the Pro Pass. By playing or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
CHRONOS is a free web game. The Pro Pass is a one-time purchase of $3.99 USD that unlocks every theme in infinite mode, removes ads and adds the Time Traveler badge.
The Pro Pass is saved in the local storage (localStorage) of the browser where it is activated. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you can recover it by emailing our support address with your purchase details.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle.com), which is the official Merchant of Record for all Pro Pass sales.
Paddle handles payment processing, the calculation and collection of applicable taxes, invoicing and order-related customer service. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
Because this is digital content with immediate access, sales are final in principle.
However, if you run into technical problems or made a purchase by mistake, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To do so:
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Once refunded, the Pro Pass is no longer valid.
